Promo codes and the order of operations
A promotional code is not a discount. It is a switch that attaches a specific set of conditions to a specific payment, and it only functions at one point in the sequence. Entered late, the deposit completes without the campaign and retroactive attachment is rarely possible. That single detail is the whole subject.
The correct sequence
- Open the campaign terms, read them, capture a screenshot.
- Confirm the deposit clears the campaign minimum — 15 EUR on the common routes, 20 EUR by bank transfer.
- Select the payment method and enter the amount.
- Enter the code before confirming the payment.
- Verify that the campaign shows as active once the deposit lands.
Step five is the one most often skipped. An active campaign appears in the promotions view together with a wagering counter; if no counter is visible, no bonus exists, and that is the moment to contact support rather than after an hour of play.
Why a code is rejected
| Reason | How it shows | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Code expired | Field rejects it immediately | Check the campaign window at the cashier |
| Deposit below the threshold | Payment clears, no bonus appears | Raise the amount next time |
| Method excluded | A line in the campaign terms | Switch route, see payment methods |
| Previous bonus still active | A live counter in the promotions view | Finish that cycle first |
| Offer is for new accounts only | Eligibility line in the terms | See welcome bonus |
When the code was forgotten
Contact support in writing as soon as possible and before playing the balance, quoting the deposit timestamp and the campaign name. Some cases are corrected manually, but there is no entitlement to it — the decision is discretionary. Once the funds have been played, correction is effectively off the table. Channels and hours are listed under support.

The reliable sources are the operator's own promotions page and the logged-in offers view, since some codes are account-specific. Third-party listings age quickly and rarely reproduce the full condition set behind a code. Because Biglucky operates on an international licence and outside Finnish supervision, its promotional communication is not governed by domestic marketing rules — one more reason to take the code from the operator's own page and read the attached terms there.
A bonus activated by code carries the same figures as any other: 35× wagering, 14 days of validity, a 5 EUR ceiling per bet. The calculation is set out under wagering requirements and the clause structure under bonus terms.
