Refer a friend at Biglucky
Every other promotion depends only on the player who claims it. This one does not: the reward exists only once another person has done several specific things in a specific order. That makes it the campaign where failure is usually caused by something that happened on the other side of the chain — and where no explanation is ever given for it.
The chain, step by step
- The referrer collects a personal link or code from the account. Without it no connection between the two accounts is recorded.
- The invited player registers through that exact link. Arriving by any other route breaks the chain at the first stage.
- The invited player completes identity verification — steps are described under registration.
- They make a qualifying deposit, typically at or above the campaign minimum.
- They stake the volume named in the terms, after which the reward is credited.
Five stages means five places for the chain to break. Recording the date the invitation was sent and the exact link used is the only way to have that conversation with support later.

A 20 EUR reward as bonus funds means 700 EUR of turnover. The same 20 EUR in cash is withdrawable as soon as the 20 EUR minimum is met. One line in the terms separates the two.
When the reward never arrives
- The invited person already had an account. Registering again does not make them a new player.
- Both accounts trace to the same household or device, which the terms exclude — and the consequence can apply to both.
- Verification is never completed, halting the chain at stage three.
- The invited player withdraws before the required stake volume is reached.
The part the terms do not mention
This is the only campaign in which a player directs another person to a gambling site. Biglucky operates under an international licence and there is no Finnish supervision, so the invited person receives no domestic regulatory protection and any dispute of theirs goes through the operator and the licence's dispute body rather than a Finnish authority. The Veikkaus self-exclusion does not reach an offshore site either, which is worth saying out loud rather than leaving implicit. Limit tools and support services such as Peluuri and Tukinet are covered under responsible gambling, and account time-outs under self-exclusion.
If Finland's licensing system opens as planned in 2027, licensed operators would market under domestic rules that also constrain player-to-player promotion. Until then the wording of an invitation is entirely the sender's responsibility.
