What a score cannot tell you
Start with the limits, because they matter more than the number. A rating does not predict the outcome of a session, does not guarantee that a payout will arrive, and cannot substitute for supervision that is absent. What it can do is summarise how readable an operator's own rules are and how easy it is for a player to work out, in advance, what will happen to their money. That is the whole scope of the figure on this page. No testimonials with names and towns appear here, because an unverifiable quote is a weaker source than a public terms page anyone can open.
The five measures and how they are weighted
The weighting is identical for every subject reviewed on this site, which is what makes two operators comparable at all. The heaviest weight sits on the things that reach the player as money and can be checked against published text.

The three arguments that actually happen
A withdrawal that will not move. This is rarely a refusal. The usual causes are unfinished verification, a payout requested to a different channel than the deposit came from, or a payment method in somebody else's name. The stated one to two business days apply to the first withdrawal after verification, which is not the same thing as the transfer time of the payment channel; those are listed on the withdrawal page.
A bonus that was voided. Almost always a single line in the terms: a stake above the 5 € ceiling during wagering, a game that contributes at a reduced rate, or a withdrawal made before the 35x requirement was met. Verification that stalls. Documents are usually rejected for mechanical reasons — a cropped edge, glare, or a card belonging to another person. It is the only one of the three a player can eliminate entirely in advance, and the preparation is described on the registration page.
What lifts the score
Limits are published as numbers rather than adjectives. When the minimum withdrawal, the daily ceiling and the per-channel processing times sit in one place, a player can calculate the timeline before committing money. The second point in favour is where the account controls live: inside the account menu rather than behind a support conversation. Catalogue size carries the least weight here, because nobody plays more than a fraction of 600 titles.
What pulls it down
The heaviest negative is structural rather than commercial: there is no Finnish supervision, so a dispute has no national address. The second is language — round-the-clock chat runs in English and Finnish-language service is limited, which is awkward precisely where wording is exact. The third is bonus density: 35x wagering, a 14-day window and a 5 € stake cap are each ordinary in isolation, but together they narrow how the bonus can be played far more than the headline suggests. Should Finland's licensing system open as planned in 2027, a sixth measure would be added to this list: whether the operator falls under national supervision at all.
