Skrill and Neteller at the Biglucky cashier
Wallets are the fastest payout channel in the cashier: the operator states 0–12 hours and banking days are irrelevant. The price of that speed is one more stop on the route. Skrill and Neteller belong to the same family and behave identically at the cashier, so everything on this page applies to both.
Three accounts instead of two
With a bank transfer, money has two homes: the bank and the gaming account. With a wallet there are three, because funds move from the bank or card into the wallet first and only then to the gaming balance. That means two transaction pairs, two separate histories and two balances to watch instead of one.
The consequence shows the moment something needs proving. The bank statement only shows the top-up into the wallet; the transfer onward to the gaming account lives in the wallet's own history. So a wallet user needs to export statements from two places rather than one. Most wallets offer a CSV or PDF export, and doing it once a month takes a couple of minutes.

Currency, and paying the spread twice
A wallet account is opened in some currency, and if that is not the euro, a conversion happens at the wallet's own rate. At worst the same money is converted twice: once from bank to wallet, once from wallet to gaming account, and the whole thing repeats in reverse on the way out. The only way to avoid it is to keep both the wallet and the gaming account in euros, and it needs deciding before the first deposit because account currency generally cannot be changed afterwards.
The rate and any conversion charge appear on the wallet's transaction line. That is effectively the only place the difference is visible, since the gaming account records only the final euro figure.
Opening a dispute inside the wallet
A wallet offers something crypto does not: a dispute mechanism. If a transfer has not arrived, a case can be opened inside the service and the payment traced. That matters because there is no Finnish supervision here — a dispute over payments on an internationally licensed site is not handled by any Finnish authority. The routes are the operator's complaint process, the ADR body named by the licence issuer, and the payment issuer, which in this case is the wallet itself. The escalation path is set out separately.
A dispute needs the same four items as everything else in this section: date, amount, transaction reference and a screenshot of the cashier status line. If those were captured at the time, filing takes minutes rather than an afternoon.
Wallets and bonus terms
Wallets are the method that most often turns up on bonus exclusion lists: campaign terms may not count a wallet deposit as qualifying. The exclusion does not block the deposit — the money lands, the bonus does not, and it is not granted retroactively. Reading the terms before confirming the amount is the whole fix; the arithmetic sits on the wagering page. Play limits are set in the cashier rather than in the wallet, and they are covered on the responsible gambling page.
