Trustly at the Biglucky cashier

Trustly is the method that asks for the fewest new credentials. Instead of typing a card number into a form, the payment is approved with the same online banking login used for household bills. For the cashier, Trustly is a processor that reads the account and moves the amount; for the player, it is the shortest route that never exposes a card number to anyone.

One authentication, two different meanings

Selecting Trustly hands the session to the bank's own authentication view. The player picks a bank — Nordea, OP, Danske Bank and S-Pankki are the usual ones — and approves the payment the same way an online purchase is approved. The bank confirms to the processor, the processor confirms to the cashier, and the balance updates immediately.

The important detail is that this authentication covers the payment, not the gaming account. Identity verification for the account itself is a separate step handled by the operator before a first withdrawal, and it still applies in full. These two are easy to confuse and worth keeping mentally apart: banking authentication proves the transfer, the operator's check proves the account holder. Account opening is covered on the registration page.

The cleanest record of any fast method

Because everything runs through one bank account, Trustly produces no extra ledger. The statement carries the processor's descriptor rather than the site name, the account history carries the same amount and timestamp, and the operator's confirmation carries both. When the payout returns to the same account, those entries form a matched pair on a single statement — a full round trip that needs no explanation to anyone reading it later.

That single-ledger property is the practical argument for keeping one payment line rather than rotating methods. Two lines on one statement are a complete record; two lines in two unrelated services are two halves of one.

Payouts and banking days

A withdrawal returns to the account the deposit came from. The stated 1–2 banking days means banking days specifically: a request approved late on a Friday commonly lands on Tuesday. Account numbers cannot generally be swapped mid-request, and a genuine change of bank account is arranged with the operator in advance rather than during a pending payout.

What Trustly does not cover

Trustly is a payment rail, not a supervisor. It takes no position on balances or bonus terms. If money has left the bank and has not appeared on the account, the case goes to the operator with a date, an amount and a transaction reference. Since Biglucky runs on an international licence and no Finnish authority reviews it, the last available party is the player's own bank, which can trace the transfer. The escalation route is described separately, as are the support channels.

Trustly questions

Does Trustly require a separate account?
No. The payment is confirmed through the player's own bank and no username is created with the processor. That is the main difference from wallet services, which open a genuine second account holding a balance of its own.
Does the gambling site see banking credentials?
No. Authentication happens inside the bank's own view and the processor returns only a success or failure result to the cashier. The account's own identity verification is a separate process carried out with the operator before the first payout.
Why is the payout slower than the deposit?
A deposit is a real-time payment out of the bank; a payout is an inbound transfer that follows interbank settlement schedules. The operator states 1–2 banking days, and weekends and public holidays are not banking days.
